Copy for Google Docs
Use this if you don't have Word. It copies your finished record and shows a link to a new Google Doc. Paste it there. You only need a free Google account.
Download Word
Use this to keep your record on your computer. Add to it every time you gain new experience.
Why no PDF? This record is meant to keep growing, and a PDF can't be edited.

Click the copy icon in the top right corner of the AI's record box, then paste it here. Your name and contact line come from the top of the box.
